2. Products
Wipeout Beverages sells ready-to-drink tea products in 16oz aluminum cans. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. Sales tax will be applied where required.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Shipping timelines are estimates only. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final unless items are damaged or defective. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

6. Health Disclaimer
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

7. Intellectual Property
All Site content, including branding and packaging designs, is the property of Wipeout Beverages and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wipeout Beverages shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
